I am a simple man interested in learning about the world of food and drink. I am passionate about good writing and am very interested in improving my own skills at the keyboard as well as in the kitchen. I tend to obsess about my interests and I am extremely devoted to my family because they are the only things of real value I have in my life. Life is “indeed” a banquet. Let the feast begin!

Strange how food takes you back. Like
music. My mom used to make “welch rabbit”
whatever that was. There was no rabbit
in it. If you sat in front of the TV
on a weekday to eat, it was called a
“Luau”. A special event.
and to this day, I can’t eat tuna fish
salad without lima beans.
