I am sure there are some folks that would disagree and surely fault could be found in any place one might choose to purchase almost anything...... especially computers. My last three computers were purchased at "Intrex" and what I like most is the staff is very knowledgeable over all. The sales people are also the ones that build the computers and service them. While I have had a few minor issues, all of them were due to either operator error or the occasional malfunctioning hardware. Both of which are a fact of life.
